The Work of the Heart
1 Journey supports individuals to connect to their own heart and inner wisdom, to shed inner blockages of stored trauma and old stories, and to discover a new sense of interconnectedness, joy and gratitude.
Serving as a guidepost on a path of exploring one’s consciousness and discovering our connection to spirit, I offer an oasis of practices that lead to permanent freedom for those seeking more, for those yearning to open the heart and quiet the mind, for those who want to do the work, to face the shadow, to heal.
Through work with mindfulness practice, sacred medicine integration and other modalities, I help clients to clear out the rocks from the river that impede the flow of the pure, crystal clear waters of love and energy that naturally flow from the heart.

About Stefan
Stefan is a trained coach and psychedelic integration guide, and a long-time meditator and mindfulness practitioner. His experience includes 10 years as a certified counselor in adolescent substance abuse in Texas and serving as a supervisor in a group home for emotionally and behaviorally challenged boys in Northern California. He is also a veteran vegan and a terminal illness and addiction survivor. Through his own work with meditation and mindfulness, with multiple modalities such as Holotropic Breathwork, and his own path with sacred medicine journeys, by pure grace he has found a life of immense joy and peace.
“This kind of work must be based on absolute integrity, deep respect for each individual’s inner wisdom and healing process, and a commitment to be fully present and fully engaged with each client. I believe in Michael Singer’s paradigm that our task is to remove the stones from our internal river, to remove the attachments and aversions that block the flow of our natural state: love/shakti/chi.
Whether the work is about releasing trauma or addictions or other patterns of behavior that do not serve us, we release and let go. I help clients develop a set of practices that support their inner work and help them integrate their insights into daily life.”
